TRV refused first time. I need help please

Hi guys
I have one year valid work permit under noc 8251 I am apiary technician working as a supervisor in Manitoba. I want to bring my wife and daughter here for summer but for the first time they got refused that time my wife wasn't working, i was working at coffee shop in Alberta and now she is working at high school as a physics teacher. They are in Uzbekistan and Canadaian embassy in Moscow is responsible for uzbek citizen.
how much chance they have. What kind of documents we have to prepare.
Can please if some has same experience please share your situation and advice.

Do a search on main forum page in white box top right corner for subjects like Refusal or Ties. You have to prove that your wife and child have strong motivation to return home and not overstay in Canada. Your wife's job is good. Get documentation. Letter from employer granting leave between certain dates and expectation of her return to work. Property. Assets. Family. Daughter school leave. Anything that shows they will continue with their lives back home after holiday.
