Hello everyone,
I have applied TRV for my friend, she is a teacher, owns a business, a PhD student. She wanted to come alone as her husband couldn't accompany her. the application was included all letters ( employment, enrollment, title deed), she had several journeys to other countries, and the purpose was just visiting each other after 3 years but the request has been rejected for the following reasons:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I would be thankful help me in this case

The refusal letter your friend received is more detailed than others, even though it's the standard kind of responses.

Despite the proof that your friend provided, the visa officer did not feel that your friend's travel history was enough to decide if she would leave Canada at the end of her visit. She may have travelled to non-visa required countries for her passport. From what I've read here, visiting the US and Schengen Europe is considered a good measure, but other countries may not count as "proof."

Because the letter mentions family ties in Canada - does your friend have family in Canada? They may count that against her, even though she has some ties to her country of residence.

What was the purpose of visit she proposed? What itinerary did she provide? Was it detailed, did it include costs? Did she prove sufficient funds?
