My parents were denied several times in a row in a short saty visa. How does one deal with such serial refusals? Any one got approved after 3 refusals ? Thank you

Yes, people do overcome multiple refusals. The issue is usually reapplying in short succession without addressing the VO concerns. Best not to reapply until circumstances change and order the gcms notes to find out the actual refusal reasons.

You can but you have to be in Canada to do it. If you are not in Canada, you need to find a TP or a friend/relative to do it for you.
Yes I am in Canada , my parents visitor visa was refused , so I am trying to find out what could be the reasons for it . what was the officer thinking ? So that I can address those concerns before applying again ,

Not having enough ties to the homecountry seems to be a concerning issue , coz for retired parents with no property and kids settled abroad , there are hardly any ties , I am not sure how to address that part .. Any help is appreciated ,

My parents applied for supervisa, got approved in 1 month.10 years.

Documents provided:

1- letter of employment
2- proof of property
3- marriage certificate
4- bank certificates
5- my sister lives back home not far from them.
6- my father is a public figure.

And yes they have no intentions on staying in Canada, because they have a good life back home. So I am thankful the officer is smart to figure that.

I hope this helps.
