TRV Refusal : ATIP - Help to fill 5744e form

Hi everyone,

My wife's TRV has been refused and I intend to file an ATIP request to get the real reasons for the refusal. I have a doubt regarding the consent form IMM 5744E.

Section A: Principal Application (my wife)
Section C - 3: Details of designated individual in Canada (myself)
Section C-4: There is a checkbox saying "I authorize IRCC to release my personal information to the individual named above by *Mail or Email"
The next line says "Signature of Representative" - Would that mean I have to sign the consent form or should it be done by my wife?

I would really appreciate your inputs on the same.

Your wife must give her written consent on the form to allow you to access the information on her behalf. She can fill it, sign it, scan it and email it you
