Hello,
I have posted before too about my case. Repeating it again in short :
I applied for TRV in march and got rejected within 10 days . My purpose of travel is to take an licenece exam in canada. My visit was just for 15 days cuz i have a job here as a pharmacist in a hospital to continue.
Following doc were provided:
Invitation letter from my aunty
Her citizen ship card
Her bank statement of recent month
My examination letter stating in detail that i can use this letter to apply visa.
Reciept of fees i paid
Confirmation letter from pharamcy board of canada.
My bank statement of 3 months showing 7 lac Pakistani rupees.
My pay slips .
Permenant job letter
Annual income 4 lac pkr
I haven't travelled anywhere before cuz i never got a chance and i only got permission from my parents because its related to my education.
Family resident certificate showing that my family is in pakistan

They rejected saying
No travel history
Job situation not clear
Not suffiecent funds
No compeling reasons to return back to home country.

Can any one explain me how can i reapply again . What things i should add in this.
I have lost 50 000 pkr cuz of my visa rejection my exam due date was missed and i lost my fee.
Now im applying again . Exam is dec and last date of fee is in sep 2017. I want to apply before that , so if God forbidden I got a refussal i can refund my exam fee.

One more question, how much i need to show in my bank for 15 days visit?

If i want to travel in dec and i apply in mid july or start of aug , will it be fine ?

HI,

Unfortunately, TRV refusals are possible in such circumstances as you may remain long-term in Canada (Read: potential immigrant).

1. Since how long have you been working in your current employment?

2. Did you borrow any of the money in your bank account? Does the bank balance match your income?

3. Did you include a leave approval letter from your employer? 3-4 months pay stubs? Income tax returns?

4. Are your parents financially dependent on you?

Cheers

1) its been 1.5 years i have been working with them
2) i have a joint account with my sister, she is giving me some money for my travel and education purpose. I attached the consent letter from my sisters side stating that she is allowing me to use the funds for my education and travel purposes.

3) i havent include any leave letter . I have included my recent 4 months pay stubs. Im not income tax eligible right now.

4 ) My parents are not depended on me , but yes im somehow dependend on my parents for accomodation point of view.

What was your exact timeline? Day you applied, any updates in the application? Day you got refused, etc

IMO, you must defer reapplying for another 1-1.5 years i.e. after you have established more stronger ties to Pakistan. Your application clearly indicates that you are a potential immigrant but without any strong ties/ strong financial situation to Pakistan

These are my reasons:
1. You are young + no previous travel history

2. Your employment (which is the only tie) is not strong: You have started working fairly recently + income is not high/not in the taxable limits

3. You are dependent on your sister financially i.e. your personal financial situation is not strong

4. Your parents/family are not dependent on you. No, you living with your parents in their house is not a tie/reason for you to return

5. You don't own property/land/rent lease, or any other strong ties
