Trv processing time help

Hi guys want to sponsor a friend here for two weeks.. shes applying a trv visa and shes lodging her application today 09/16 and her leave is dec 22 to jan 9 2018. Is there still enough time for her to get a decision b4 her leave date?
She lodging it via sydney office.
