I submitted my application for a TRV from Colombia on April 30. They gave me a tracking number which went through changes everytime I checked, to finally say:
"Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office Bogota, on 14/05/2014 to the Canada Visa Application Centre and is ready for collection.".
However I haven't received my passport back. Attempts at reaching the VAC have only resulted in vague answers.
Does anyone know what kinds of things they could be doing at this point? If the passport has been processed, doesn't the VAC just have to redirect it to me? Is it normal that this particular step would take so long?
