TRV process after PGWP Approval

Hi all,
I just received my PGWP approval and am willing to apply for TRV from inside Canada.
I am a bit unsure about the process and how long it takes to receive a passport request and process it further.
Can you please help me understand the process??

1. You need to go to CanadaPost and ask for 2 prepaid Xpresspost/priority post envelopes.
2. Put the Ottawa Consulate CanadaPost address on one of them, and your address on the other.
3. Pay the fee and put your passport and passport request letter in it.
4. Take a picture of both envelopes. Tracking numbers are on them.
5. It will take 2 weeks or more, for them to receive your passport, stamp, and return it to you.
