TRV passport request for my family - submitted along with my BOWP

Dear friends,

Hope you guys can shed some lights to my situation based on your experience.

When I applied for my BOWP, I had also applied for my family TRV online. They are in India and I am in Canada. Now I got passport request for them from CIC, but the problem is I don't remember what I answered for the question #9 'Country where applying' in my family's applications. I had put 'India' as 'current country of residence' (question 7) for them. Unfortunately I don't have the copy of their applications with me as I lost them completely due to my PC HDD crash

I called CIC but they said they don't have access to my file so cannot tell what I had selected for question #9. Whatever the case, they are in India so I cannot send their passport to CPP-Ottawa anyway, however would like to know what can be done for this based on your experience.

well, the 'view doc' option is not working since long time in MyCIC. All I can do is to download an empty form. There is no way as of now to download the form what we have uploaded. Anyway I have sent email to both CPP-Ottawa and Delhi consulate, lets see.
