I just received my work permit approval letter and now i am planning to do my Temporary Resident Visa application. I wanted to know if doing my TRV application outside Canada, from India is safe and guaranteed or is it risky? Whether i should do my TRV within Canada or outside?

I am not going for TRV, I have my tickets booked already, and that why I was thinking to do it from outside as I don't have time to do it within Canada.
