TRV or Supervisa??

Hi,
I Need some advice on bringing my mother to canada
I am confused which visa i should apply for my mother
Here is my situation
1) i am on PR status got my PR in 2014 but moved in 2016
2) i have paid my 2016 tax and it is meeting LICO and have my T1 and T2
3) i dont have a job and i started pursuing my Full time Masters degree
4) My mother was refused visit visa in 2015 for canada although she travelled couple of times to USA and middle east
5) Since i dont have any sibling in Pak my mother dont have family ties apart from some property in her name and some relatives (my mothers niece n nephew)

Since i dont have a job here will this effect either supervisa or TRV which one should i pursue ?
Need help !!!

It depends how long she want to stay in Canada. If more than 6 months, go for super visa. Otherwise, regular. No job but with income is fine.

Thanks so even if i dont have a job i can apply supervisa just using my latest 2016 notice of assessment?

just one more question,
Can supervise be applied from within Canada while my mother will be on visit visa status ?
