TRV online within Canada

Hello Guys,

I am applying for renewal of my canadian Visa. When I fill out questionnaire it gives me IMM5257E to fill and it says Outside canada.
I am not sure if this is correct.

I have an open work permit and is valid till end of 2015.

Please help me.
