Absolutely No.
My GC account once shows Update but it was some internal processing update and nothing more then that.

I never call any one for this. I sent an email for my passport withdraw and got it in 2 days. I actually dont want to contact them for any reason. Let them enjoy with checks, they might find something interesting in it

Seems like you could get a TRV decision soon. The ghost emails/ghost updates are an indication that your application is being actively processed

Mine never seen any status UPDATE except submitted LOL
