hello folks,

I am applying for tourist visa for my parents. I have all the documents ready so that I can submit their application Online. I am confused cause I need to register online first in order to access cic online services. In order to register step 1 is

Register or log in using GCKey or Sign-In Partner (SecureKey Concierge)

Whats this all about? I think I need to choose Sign-in partner (securekey concierge) which further ask me to select one of my online banking either (BMO, scotia or td bank)

I am really confused. Can i submit online application on behalf of my parents? how do i go about registering so that i can start online application process. Can anyone please help.
