TRV Multiple Entry Online Application for Parents

Hey folks! I'm a permanent resident and planning to bring my parents to Canada for 6 months visit.
I need to bring them asap for personal reasons and opted for applying online for TRV Multiple Entry to get the visa faster.
I have brought them to Canada couple of times before, but haven't applied online before.
Would two different MyCIC accounts required to apply TRV onine for parents or one same MyCIC can be used?

I suggest you submit paper application to the visa application centres in your country instead.
