TRV - missed the dealine to submit passport

I received the request to submit the passport on October 1st, 2021 but i didnt checked and missed the deadline to send the passport within 30 days. I read the letter on 19th Nov, 21. Please advise if i can still send the passport or shpuld reapply for TRV

Did you send your passport and did it get stamped? same situation here.
