TRV Medical examination

I am Egyptian medical student I will go for an elective at the Uni of Toronto.
I applied for TRV then the embassy called for an interview, I already did
Then they asked me to do a medical exam. I did it 10 days ago and it already
reached london 5 days ago

I want to know what to do next and how long will it take for the medical exam
after it was delivered at London

My elective start day is 5th march 2012 :S I asked the Uni for a delay because of the visa
they replied by a delay to 19th march but they will confirm after acceptance of the Host Hospitals

About 3/4 weeks for medical results.

But in this case (4 weeks) i might miss my elective start date :S
