TRV made from inside canada

Hi,

So I have a WP that expires in 2020, but my TRV is already expired. I went online to apply for a new one but the form that shows up is IMM5257 Application made outside of Canada. This is not the case, and it takes longer for application made outside of Canada.

On the questionnaire I stated;

- work
- temporarily (more than 6 months)
- country of residence: Canada

I even tried less than 6 months, and it still shows as made outside of Canada. Would anyone know how to answer the questionnaire in order to get TRV from inside Canada?
