My brother and his wife are both from India. They both work, live in Paris and would like to visit my family in Canada for 3-4 weeks. They already submitted the TRV application together (I sent them a letter of invitation) but only my sister-in-law has received the biometrics request. My brother previously lived in USA and also has an active US visitor visa. Could that be the reason why he did not get the biometrics request, or was he supposed to get the request along with his wife's? Please advise if we should contact by webform if the request doesn't come in next 1-2 days.
Also, in a group application like this, would each of their applications be treated separately, i.e. is there a possibility that one will be approved while the other one could be refused?
