Hey everyone looking for some advice.
My girlfriend has applied for a TRV to come to Canada, she has been in the US, and would like to come to Canada for 2 weeks before going back to Europe, to meet my family and visit. Because she has been in the US her case was processed in New York, we were very upfront about our relationship when applying and didn't want to hide the details of our relationship. She has just received notice to attend an interview in New York next week and we have a few questions. Is this a good sign? We know a lot of people get denied in a situation like ours with no interview at all. And if anyone has had an interview or know someone who has had one for a TRV could you tell me some of the questions that were asked? If anyone had the interview in New York that would be an even bigger plus. And what should she bring with her? She never had to send her passport in so of course she will bring that but what else would be good to bring? The letter she received was quite vague and didn't mention these things.
Thanks for your time.
