TRV- Income Tax Return

Hey,

I am planning to apply for my parents TRV soon. My mother is house maker and my father is retired. After the retirement, my father opened pension benefits account on which tax is not applied. He also has another savings account which is not taxable.

So, for last five years he didn't give income tax. In such case do we need to attach two years of income tax return documents with TRV application? Thanks

Income tax returns are not required, only optional. If you do not have them, no need.

1. Tax returns help to prove that the financial assets shown/funds available are legit and earned from official sources.
