hi everyone, Im going for a vacation this month til December and just got my OWP extension til March 2019 and my PR is still in process. But my trv is expired. Don’t have enough time to apply here as Im flying in two weeks. Is it possible for me to get a new one if I will apply in the Philippines? Im just worried not be able to return here in Canada if I won’t get it and scared if they won’t give me.
