TRV in person?

Hi. Anyone knows if applying in Buffalo or Fort Erie for a WP based TRV in person would be issued at the same day?

My WP extension should be with me soon but I need to get the TRV to travel before December and I'm really concerned with the average 6 weeks processing time.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
