TRV/IMMIGRANT VISA

Hi Please help me. I don't know if I still need to get a TRV if I already have an IMMIGRANT Visa just to get an EXiT CLeARnCE in my home country? Or are they gonna consider my immigrant visa to get the EXit clearance ? Please help ! I'm going to philippines and come back here in Canada to get my COPR signed at my Port of Entry.

You don't need a TRV as you already have have a visa to re-enter Canada and then complete the official 'landing procedures'. The immigrant visa is for that purpose, "land" and have your COPR signed upon arrival at the PoE.
