Hi, I am preparing online TRV application for my mother and I have a question about following 3 documents request.
1. Invitation letter.
2. Proof of means of financial support. (This mentions "a letter from the person or institution providing you with money")
3. Proof of Financial Resource of Supporter. (For this I need to provide letter of support.)
I am going to 100% cover her visit (around 6 month in length), although she have term deposit of about US$12k and is going to show that in application. The 3 above documents all have financial part in common.
Do I need to provide 3 different letters, or I can combine all of them and upload it only under, Invitation letter?
Thank you so much!

She should be the one providing proof of her bank accounts and proof of home/property ownership and value. For TRVs it is the visitor that should be able to show that they can cover the cost of their travel. You can include your financial information (employment contract, bank account(s), property deed, etc.)

Thank you for the reply! She mentioned that she is being supported in the questionnaire for visa application. Of course she has savings, but she doesn't work and her pension can barely be enough for utilities. So, I have money in my home country and I support her. As far as for the 3 documents for upload that I mentioned above, all of them mention about letter from host. So in the "worst" case I will create 3 different letters, each covering exactly its requirements. But as those letter will have a common part (my financial support), I was wondering if it can be simplified to 1 or may be 2 documents.

You should provide all her financial information and any property ownership and value. You can then provide all your information. There is no way to force you to support her so in general IRCC wants to see the visitors are able to support themselves in case of family breakdown.

Even if I write a letter that I take full responsibility for her?
Also, do I need to provide just pdf statements from my online banking or should I ask bank branch to stamp those? Do I need also to show credit card statements or just checking/saving accounts?

You can write a letter but it is not enforceable which is why, in general, IRCC wants to see that the visitor can support their travels if needed. If your mother has 12k in her savings then she will likely be fine. A supervisa is more dependent on your savings.

In my invitation letter for my then girlfriend, I indicated I would cover all her expenses and I also included pay stubs and bank statements. My girlfriend had MUCH MUCH less saved up (only 3 figures) than your mother, though she had a home in her name. We also included all of her financial information in the application. Her application was approved.

Hey, when was this? I'm in the same situation, if you could help me with the list of documents submitted, would be highly grateful. I don't have a home in my name but I do have a stable job. Would that help?

Are you the one applying or preparing an invitation letter for your partner? I already listed what I included regarding my financial information in my invitation letter. When you go through the application online, you will be provided with a list of documents required.

My Fiance is preparing the invitation letter. Did you include 5409e form? What did you show as a proof of your relationship? TIA.

We did not include 5409e because we were not common law, since she lived in Indonesia and me in Canada. As proof, IMM0006 along with 4 pics of us together, my birth certificate and passport. IMM0006 may no longer be required.
