TRV-From Within Canada after getting a BOWP

Hi Guys,

I have to apply for my TRV as i want to travel in December... I am currently residing in Toronto, ON...

Which is faster applying via paper based application or online?

Also does anyone know the current processing times for both? I have to get my passport back before November 15 to apply for EU visa as well...

Please help me seniors!!

November 15th seems a little tight, so apply right away.


(Interesting enough it says 14 days, but in there it is clear that it is at least 25 days).
