TRV from US

My friend is planning to apply for visitor visa from US. She is currently working is US on H1-B

1. Currently her H1-B is expiring in next month June-2016 and her extension is in process.
2. In this situation will she be able to get TRV.
3. If she get this, will that be a multi year entry visa.
