Hi,
Unless you are a Saudi national you have very less chances of getting a visitor visa. Reason is very simple, in KSA expats have Iqama which has a fixed validity but no guarantee that it will be renewed surely thereafter, which makes the person status as temporary.

For TRV main important thing is to provide the assurance that your trip is short and that you have to get back at any cost and you will. The VO first line of assessment when he look at your application is, your ties with the country you are applying for, and what reason you will return.
Job is a strong thing, but again in KSA expats work under contract which is yearly or bi yearly renewed, the only chance you have is, if you are on a prominent post with your company, and your company provides an undertaking letter along with your employment, leave letter.

This issue has been with expats living in KSA, coz the government there does not issue permanent residency to any expat.
It is better you apply from your home country. Advantages of doing so
1. You are the citizen of the country from where you are applying.
2. You can provide strong home ties, weather it is property, parents, business or anything.
3. Your status in your home country is by default permanent.

You have B1 and B2 which is good advantage and very much plus point while applying for TRV. My suggestion is apply from your home country whilst showing strong home ties and the B1 and B2 visa, I m sure your file will be a strong and mostly approved.

PS: I m sure you know the procedure of applying for TRV and that Invite letter (preferable from Relation rather than friends) is required along with some other documents of the invitee.
