I am a Canadian citizen and married to a Pakistani citizen who is resident of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He was born and brought up in Riyadh and currently lives with his family. I got married to him in January 2013 and have visited him twice sinc then. First visit was on a visitor's visa for three months and for scond one my husband got an iqama for me and i stayed for around 7 months. (Nov 2013-May 2014) and during that time I got pregnant. I came back to Canada in order to be with my parents for a while since my father was ill and was due to return on September 1, 2014 so i could be back in riyadh for the birth of our first baby but unfortunately was denied to travel by my ob/gyn. My due date is November 9, 2014.

Now my husband and I were devastated at this so ai suggested him to apply fr a TRV. We havent sent his application for Spousal Sponsorship yet as he was contemplating on whether he really needs it or not since his mother is really sick and he wouldnt want to leave her. Now i have finally managed to convince him to apply and currently in the process of filling in application and collecting documents. But thats a separate story.

My husband submitted his TRV on September 18, 2014 through VFS with the following documents. Bear in mind I am currently unemployed and have been living with my family in my sister and brother in law house which they own.

Now these were the documents we submitted. My husband initially submitted his sick mothers report as well and motor vehicle registeration.but VFS agent deemed it unnecessary and asked him to take it out which he did.

What do you think are his chances of getting a visa. It took us around two weeks tk prepare the application amd all necessary documents. His employment lettee shows that he is a very hardworking man and has been gettinf increments and bonuses for his performance and also done travels for the company local and international.

i just hope he gets it and on timw as well. He has booked his fkight for November 1 and the average processing time is 18 days. So far today is the third day and I had been tracking madly lol! I really want him to be there and even my invitation l
Tter and letter from MP shows how desperatw I am to have him beside me.
