TRV from Outside Canada on approved work permit

I have got my pgwp and applied for trv. I have booked flight to India on May 30. If my trv gets approved can I stamp it from India? Is there anyone who has done so?

i need some suggestion. As i am on open work permit and i am in india now .Was looking to apply for trv but on ircc website i am not getting any option when i go gckey
