TRV from india ::Query on Medicals

Hi
I applied trv for visitor visa for my wife and kid from India through chennai vfs

Documents reached ircc Bangalore on 17th oct .they already did upfront medical on 1st October

After linking the paper based application to online I saw request for their medicals on 21st oct

Kids medical got cleared on 23rd Oct but wife's still pending and showing as requested medical

Can some one advice if it's normal and generally how long it takes for the medicals to get cleared
I am worried as for one it was done in two days and wife's still pending

Each case is viewed individually. Usually maximum 2 weeks difference between family members but usually less.

Ok thanks will wait then. I was worried if medicals are lost or may be dint reach ircc. Also when they have done upfront medical why again getting request to do medical in Cic account
