TRV from India | Expired SOWP but valid Visitor Record

Hello everyone,
My spouse's OWP expired in August, 2024. However, prior to that my company filed for her visitor record which is approved as well till August, 2027 same as mine closed work permit.

I applied for her open work permit as well in October but given the processing time may not receive it by March

We are travelling to India next month and she will apply for TRV from India.

Will having a valid visitor record help ? Since she has already been to Canada will she get qualified for CAN+ expedited processing.

A VR is just to remain in Canada. It is no longer valid once she leaves. You will only know when she applies and if she is approved quickly.
