TRV FROM ABU DHABI

i applied for TRV on 1st sep2014. i got this email on 10th sep from CVAC..
my passport is with me.as they took passport all pages copy along with visa application.any one idea what does exactly mean by below email.
someone else experienced the same ? what was happend next ?

What was the reason?

I'm guessing you were refused because of your immigration status, financial status and assets, purpose of visit, and family ties, based on your previous posts and refusal.

-You're working in UAE, but don't have any permanent residency or citizenship there. This is a very common refusal reason for people who work in other countries without permanent status.
-You just recently opened a bank account and unable to show 3 months of bank statements. It shows you only opened a bank account just to apply for a TRV, which will lead to refusal.
-Your purpose of visit, you only indicated that you will visit your husband, which is very generic and lacks detail. You should've gave details as to what you're going to do, where you will stay, how you will get there, what attractions you will go together, etc.
-You're married to a Canadian, so your strongest family tie is in Canada, which can lead to refusal. This one seems kind of unfair, but that's common for people with Canadian spouses to be refused for this reason.
-You were refused before, so that might have factored into this recent refusal.

tey give me these reasons of refusal financial status and assets, purpose of visit, and family ties, Limited work period in current country of stay.
my immigration is under process. i have been working in UAE as permanent residence .
purpose of visit. we wrote letter for purpose of visit and clearly mentioned our 3 weeks plan . with all details that we want to celebrate our first wedding anniversary together as my husband is unable to visit me bcoz he already visited my this year and availed his annual vacations.

i will reapply after couple of month and will show them strong bank statement . hopefully they will consider me next time.

what do u suggest ..
