I apply TRV on 28 may 2014, and it was refused with the following reasons:
the applicant's travel and identity documents, reason for travel to Canada, financial means for the trip; ties to country of residence (including immigration status, employment and family ties), and whether the applicant would be likely to leave Canada at the end of his/her authorized stay. And on the second page mention about: your travel history, your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence, purpose of visit, your personal assets and financial status.
I want to reapply, but I'm stuck into these questions:
1. Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
(I apply visa for Canada for the first time and refuse, so what should I answer to this question "yes or no")
2. Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?
(I apply to visit not to remain, what is the answer for this question "yes or no")
I've read many experience from the forum but I want to make sure I can answer these questions correctly.
