I am planning to visit my sister(PR Holder) this september for a vacation. Which of the following has the high possibility for visa approval ...?

1. I am applying myself submitting the invitation letter from my sister and other supporting documents like , my passport , photo , proof of relationship , family details , financial support etc..

2. My sister submitting the application form for me with proper proof. I am pretty unclear about the docs that she has to submit . Is it the same as above or different ?

Which approach is right ? Kindly guide me ..

The TRV approval does not depend on who applies. It depends on your paperwork (i.e. genuine purpose of visit + your strong ties to your home country + your financial situation).

Your sister must provide: Invitation letter + copies of her passport and PR card + if she wants to include her bank statement, NOA, etc.

I recommend you go through the Visa Office instructions for your country + this forum for suggestions on preparing your application

Regarding my passport scanned copy . Do i have to scan just front and back of it which has my details and parents details . or do i have to scan all the blank pages as well ? I don't have any stamped pages(no travel history). Below is the instruction provided in TRV form . But i am confused since people in many forum suggesting to scan all the empty pages as well ( posts were done around 2015 though ).

If you have a passport, you must provide a copy of:
  • the page that shows your birth date and country of origin, and
  • any pages with stamps, visas or markings.
please guide ..

Only your passport bio pages. Not the blank pages because you don't have any visas/stamps.

Again, I recommend you go through the Visa Office Instructions + this forum + IMM 5256 (Instruction guide for TRVs) before you apply. You have been asking basic questions which indicates you are not aware about how to prepare a good TRV application
