TRV for PR while still in Process?

I have come to find out that I have health issues that need addressing right away my wife is in process right now, what do you think the chances of her being able to visit? she was turned down a year ago on not enough reasons to return home, but now with health issues cancer that is I wonder if they would make an exception? Has anyone else had this happen? thanks in advance

You still have the same problem - not enough rerason for her to return home. What you need is someone to consider humanitarian and compassionate grounds - which is not normal for a TRV. Try contacting your MP and/or the newspapers. Your case is a sad one, and public pressure may help.
