TRV for Mom

Hello, I have a question, My mom is going to apply for TRV this february, she was invited by my cousin to his wedding. All she have back home is a 2 apartment building, and enough money on the bank, she was refused entry in 2003. What are the chances that she will be approved this time? any advice? please and thank you for your inputs!

You mean she was given a TRV but was refused entry when she got to Canada? There are no iron clad, fool proof applications. It is always a 50-50 probability. Your Mom must show enough proof/reasons to go back to where she's coming from should she be given a TRV.

no sir, I meant she was not approved for TRV back in 2003.
The proof that she is coming back to the Philippines are 1. leaving his husband behind, 2. having the 2 apartment. And also they added a letter of invitation signed by our MP here in canada.
do u think that there is a chance she will get a TRV this time? can she add more documents?

Hello, I have another question, I printed out the forms for my mom to fill out, is it ok to fill it out by hand? or does it need to be filled out online and then printed? BEcause there is a barcode if it is done online, but my mom is old and not really a techie person, so is it ok if she just fill it out by hand? thank you!
