I want to apply TRV for my 9 year old niece. Her mother already have Multiple entry TRV approved recently and works as school principal and dad who is my brother works as agricultrist with annual income of Rs 15 lakh annualy. They have app 40,000 canadian dollars to show in bank account. My only concern is there any chance of my niece getting approved. If approved my sister in law and my niece will visit for 10 days to the max. Any advice will be appreciated.

If I understand you clearly. Her mum, your sister-in-law already secured a multiple TRV but yet to embark on the journey? If that is correct. I believe her chances is on the high side. Provided her mum can demonstrate that she will return with her after the holiday. However, make sure that your niece get a reference/confirmation of enrollment letter from her school . Demonstrate that their is no adult to look after her. Get a sign consent letter and copy of her father's passport, if he is not going to travel with them. You can also include in your niece invitation letter, what she will be doing while in Canada. For example, to attend your child/children birthday...
