I have work visa and currently am working in Canada. My wife also have work visa and my son (2 years) has visitor visa with multiple entries.
My wife and my son went back to my country of origin. My son passport is expiring soon so we will get new passport and then we need to apply again for visitor visa for him in order to be able to come in Canada with my wife.
I am a little bit confused now. As my son is minor who should make the application . I guess me or my wife as parents, but as we have work and temporary resident visas should we apply again for us and add our son on the application?
Another thing, we want to apply online, should I be the primary applicant or my spouse. When we initially applied for visas 2 years ago I was primary applicant and my wife and son got visas because I add them on my application?
Third question is where to apply. The Canadian embassy for our country of origin is Vienna? Should we apply in Vienna or on Ottawa processing center as I work and currency am inside Canada.
I dont know how to proceed as in the application form you need to put the name of the applicant. If I put my name that does not make sense as I already have visa. If I put my son name... then I should sing in his name? Or I need to send letter of explanation?
Please anybody give me some advice.
Hopefully I am not the only one in the forum with similar situation.
