TRV for Infant

While submitting the Teform, I made a mistake in Question 9 i.e. Country where applying, same as country of residence?. For this question, I selected "NO" as an answer, even though my daughter is still in India.

Today, I have received a request for her passport but not sure what should do now?

Is it ok, if my wife go and submit my daughter passport at VFS center in India or shall I frist contact CIC for amendments?

Please suggests.

Is there a question in the from Where you apply from? (after you answered NO)

Yes, there was a question #7 country of residence?
I answered this as "India"

The other question #9 country where applying, same as country of residence
With options as "NO" and "YES"

I marked this as NO and put Canada.

Later I realised this should answered as YES.
