I applied for a TRV visa for business purpose (attending academic conference) in Canada. I'm a student on F1 visa in the US. My application was submitted online on 16th March and I still haven't heard back from them. Any idea how long do they usually take to process applications?

The processing time stated is 12 days. I'm assuming those are calendar days, so clearly my application is well past the posted processing time.

The processing time posted is an estimate. Allow at least another 12 days before inquiring, Some TRVs take between 4-9 weeks to process.
Received passport request form today (4/9). Should I send it to VAC in NY or LA? Which one has shorter processing time for TRV?
