I am in the process of applying for a tourist visa (TRV) for my brother and I have a bit of a confusion regarding IMM5257.
There is a section for education details which asks the below question:
"Have you had any post secondary education (including university, college or apprentice training)"
My brother has attended college for all 3 years but doesn't hold a degree in the field of study, since he hasn't cleared all his exams yet. Should I pick yes or no for the above question?
The confusion in the answer is because of how the question is phrased. It is not specifically asking if he holds a degree but more or less if he has had the education.
Please let me know what you guys think. Any response will be greatly appreciated.
