My father has a Work Permit and his Humanitarian & Compassionate application is in process.
My question is: He wants to go back home now and come back while is application is still in process as it may take a couple of years.
Do you think he's able to get a TRV from in canada and go visit back home and come back?
Or does Canada not allow you to step out while ur application is still in process?
Please let me know. It's urgent that he goes back and then comes back.
