TRV Fees???

This is copied right off the Visiting Canada Guide on the website... My wife and son will be applying for a TRV soon, does this mean they fall under the family rate of $400?!?! How would that make any sense if it's $75.00 for one person. I should just apply for them seperately - that would only cost $150.00!!

Or am I missing reading this?

They pay $75.00 each if applying for single entry TRVs, total of $150.00.
