I'm a work permit holder currently living in Canada. My TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) stamp on the passport has expired and need to renew it. The online questionnaire on the CIC website suggests that I should use Form IMM 5708. However, according to the details on another CIC page. I should use form IMM 5257 and IMM 5645. I'm planning to apply online. I'd appreciate if someone can confirm which form I need to use exactly?
