TRV Extension approved without Medical

Hello,
I applied for my mom's TRV Extension as she couldn't go back for COVID. I showed this reason on application with her previous confirmed ticket attached. We received medical letter that needs to be done within 30 days that will end Aug 15. We haven't done medical yet. But today we got approved status with approval letter.
Is it possible to get approved without Medical?

May 13. Got medical instruction on July 15.but didn't do yet. She came in December,6 months over in June. Now got another 6 months extension til December.
How got approved without Medical?

Your approval will be contingent on completing the medical. You will still be required to do the medical.

What does that mean? They will check medical report when leaving? Or cancel the status without Medical result?

If you don't do a medical, you will be violating the terms of the extension and ever coming back to Canada will be difficult.

They are more lilely to contact you if you don't send thr medical.

Have you received the visitor record or are you just seeing "approved" on GCKey? The visitor record will often state the condition.

It's approval letter with date. But another copy CIC has been mailed that should be reach in 6 weeks. So these are two different letter?

Yes. The medical exam is not optional. If you do not give it, you are breaching the terms of the extension. That will cause many problems down the road.
