Hi guys... AGAIN
I'm having some major anxieties about the future of my boyfriend and I. I am probably over thinking like I always do but need some advice. K SO my boyfriend (American) is going to come visit for 6 months so we can satisfy common-law requiremnet. We will then return to United States to apply for outland PR, at least that's the plan. My concern is that they won't let him in if he is quitting his job. He has all his family down there and will leave all his possessions including his car in the states until he is approved PR and will have a return ticket. I know there is no sure fire way of guaranteeing his entry. BUT how do we do this? If he is visiting and will leave but at the same time we are trying to eventually get PR. Is it usually really hard for Americans? And do you think we have enough proof he'll return? Thanks guys. I'm really worried about this because I do not want to risk of not ever being able to be together!!!
