TRV Document Checklist

Hello Everyone
I am inviting my parents (previous TRV expired, requires renewal) and my aunt (first time seeking for visa). I just want to make sure what documents should I attach along with invitation letter for all three:
- Passport and citizenship copy
- T4's
- Property letter (recently we purchased a townhome)

If there any other documents i should attach?

Note: not applying for Super Visa just usual TRV.

Your parents will be applying for a new TRV (from scratch, there's no TRV renewal). They must prove they have adequate finances and strong ties to their country of residence.

Thank you for the information.

Parents will be applying from India (New Delhi). I did go through the checklist and they do not mention much information from the Host side. Anyways, i am planning to send Letter, T4's and Property info. just in case.

As the host: Invitation letter + copies of your passport and citizenship + T4 + bank statement + your birth certificate

What type of property documents required for parents TRV.

Property ownership documents + latest property tax receipts + property valuation (either by a property valuer or self-valuation) + market reports to support the indicative market rates cited for the valuation + any recent utility bills.

All documents must be in English or translated into English by a certified translator.

If the property is not mortgaged then do highlight this point as it could indicate a strong financial situation
