TRV Canada refused for my Sister family in India delhi

Hi,
I'm a Canada PR holder and have applied for the Sister and her family Visitors Visa. However its refused because of 179b, no strong ties in home country.
I had attached documents of --
my Sister's NOC from her employer, account statement
Her husband's business agreement papers , account statement
Sisters Family's US visa and travel history
My payslips, bank statement

Can someone please guide me what was missed here. also , I'm planning to apply for reconsideration based on CIC suggestions. Any thoughts on that. How long does it take to get reply for reconsideration cases.

To apply for reconsideration using web form on CIC website with detailed explanation why you feel otherwise.

Better look at previous post in this forum. Lots of relevant cases on 179b. Besides there would no reconsideration and you need to start from scratch.
