My parents applied for Visitor Visa and gave biometrics at a VFS Canada centre a week back. BOTH of their IRCC application pages have been updated with the Biometrics Collection Number, Biometrics Collection Date and Expiry Date in the application details section. However, only ONE of their application status shows the Update of Biometrics collected with the date with the message that we haven't received your fingerprints for the other. NEITHER of them received the Correspondence Letter for Biometrics yet.
Is this normal or when should they raise a Webform?
